The culture at the Trust is driven by our employee’s passion and enthusiasm for the work we do whether charitably or community focused, or commercially. As a social enterprise both are equally important. This shared positive attitude creates a friendly and enjoyable working environment whilst maintaining a consistent drive toward quality customer service and delivering results.
Our workforce is diverse and multicultural and our colleagues enjoy working together and benefitting from our differences. We get together regularly at communications events where we showcase the work that we have been doing, as well more informally at social events such as barbeques, parties and theatre trips.
Although many employees live outside the local area where most of our community work is focused, whilst at work there is a real feeling that we are all part of that local community because of the work that we do and the many contacts that we have.
The Trust is an ethical employer, proud to pay the London Living wage to our employees. We have a social conscience and we risk assess the impact of our property planning projects on the local community before we take action. We are environmentally aware and seek ways in which to minimise our carbon footprint and to limit our impact on the environment.
