Customer Service Advisor (Sport and Enterprise Division)
- Casual contracts, variable hours on a shift
basis,, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be expected to deliver high
quality customer service to all customers in-line with the organisational
policies and procedures. You will work as part of a team to ensure the
operational running of the centre on a day-to-day basis. Your enthusiasm,
positive and friendly attitude will ensure customers encounter a welcoming and
enjoyable experience at all times.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working in a high paced customer
- Experience of working with bookings and IT systems
- Experience of secure cash handling
- Understanding of industry trends and creation of
high quality customer focused environment
- Well presented and polished; punctual and reliable
