Our aims, values and mission are:

• To empower Black Asian Minority Ethnic and Refugee women in the Kensington and Chelsea area in West London.
• We have a focus on empowering women through employment courses, training, and development of skills, and signposting to relevant services.
• We are also aiming to create a peer empowerment culture at the charity to encourage women to empower one another and involve themselves in this community-based charity.
