In North Kensington, we should all feel free to express ourselves and be accepted for who we are.
This year’s Pride in London festival is particularly poignant, as the world marks 50 years since the Stonewall uprising in New York City; widely seen as the birth of the equalities movement for the LGBT+ community. This year we are following the lead of #prideinlondon in celebrating the #pridejubilee, Remembering fifty years of activism, protests and victories.
To mark this occasion, we’re celebrating the diversity of North Kensington, and encourage you to do the same.
Our joint Chief Executive, Alex Russell, has spoken of the need for solidarity and promoting acceptance in North Kensington.
