We’re not your average landlord!

As custodians of 23 acres underneath the Westway flyover, our priority is the wellbeing of the community we serve.

With that in mind, we offer subsidised tenancies for charitable organisations who contribute to the wellbeing of North Kensington. All applications for charitable tenancies are assessed against our Charitable Lettings Decision Matrix.

We also offer commercial tenancies, with the income from these tenancies being used to deliver essential services and enable our partners.

We ask all our tenants, whether charitable or commercial, to sign up to our Tenants’ Charter, which ensures all of our tenants share the same core values as us here at Westway.
