The spaces across the Westway estate are available for hire to host arts and culture activities from live music, festivals and street arts to community events, exhibitions and site-specific theatre. The spaces are managed by organisations committed to supporting creative ideas.
Conditions of hire
- These spaces are available to hire by our member organisations, local community groups, charities and CIC’s based in North Kensington.

*Some may not apply, depending on the nature of the event. Once collected, the paperwork is sent our Events Manager for further review, before a space license is issued by our Leasing Officer.*
Set-up and on-site assistance
During the event consultation process organisers will be invited for a site-walk with our facilities team to go over any technical requirements and assistance in setting up. Technical assistance required after officer hours and over the weekend will incur an extra charge.
